Fibre laser cutting system
Metal laser cutting
The full list of materials, available thicknesses and specifications of the fibre laser system. The cutting mode is matched to every order — to the material, the sheet thickness and the required edge quality.

Materials
Laser cutting of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. The technology, assist gas and cutting mode are matched to the material, the sheet thickness and the required edge quality. A clean edge with no distortion — for production batches and one-off parts alike.
Carbon steel
Carbon (mild) steel is the workhorse material for machine building, construction and steel structures. Sheets are cut with oxygen or nitrogen depending on thickness and edge requirements: oxygen is efficient on heavy plate, while nitrogen is used when a bright, scale-free edge is needed.
- Grades St3, 08kp, Steel 20, Steel 45, S235, S355
- Thickness — up to 25 mm
- Assist gas — oxygen O₂ or nitrogen N₂
- Sheet size — up to 3000 × 1500 mm
Stainless steel
Stainless steel (Inox) is valued for its corrosion resistance, strength and appearance. Its lower thermal conductivity and tendency to expand under heat call for precise localised heating and stable CNC control.
- High-pressure nitrogen cutting prevents oxidation
- Thickness — up to 16 mm
- Bright, scale-free edge, ready for welding
- Sheet size — up to 3000 × 1500 mm
Aluminium, copper and brass
High-pressure nitrogen produces a clean edge with no dross and no oxide film. Parts are ready for TIG/MIG welding, anodising or powder coating without any additional edge machining.
- Aluminium — up to 14 mm
- Brass — up to 10 mm
- Copper — up to 6 mm
- Edge free of dross and oxide film

Specifications of the laser system. The final cutting mode is determined by the material, its thickness, the geometry of the part and the required edge quality.

Preparing your drawings for a quote
A correctly prepared file speeds up the quote and reduces the risk of errors in a production run. Each material grade and thickness needs its own file.
